This form was created to teach intermediate hand and foot movements for students. You will move in north, south, east and west directions. This form is required to move on to the advanced levels. Sections titled high refer to eye level. Sections titled middle refer to solar plexus level. Sections titled low refer to below the belt line. The back kick an option for the board break. Sparring should look comfortable and coordinated at this level.
