This form was created to teach intermediate hand and foot movements for students. You will move in north and south formation. Sections titled high refer to eye level. Sections titled middle refer to solar plexus level. Sections titled low refer to below the belt line.
SET MOVEMENTS SPECIAL
1 (Step Back) Left front stance + guarding block
2 #2 Right round kick step down ahead middle stance
3 #3 Right step side kick step down ahead middle stance
4 Right backfist (Kihap/Yell)
5 Turn towards back foot moving left foot over to a left front stance left knife hand block
6 Right reverse punch
7 #1 Left jump front kick step down ahead in a left front stance
8 #2 Right front kick step down ahead in a right front stance
9 Left reverse punch
10 #2 Left round kick step down ahead middle stance
11 #3 Left step side kick step down ahead middle stance
12 Left backfist (Kihap/Yell)
13 Turn towards back foot moving right foot over to a right front stance right knifehand block
14 Left reverse punch
