KNOW & GO® Step I
The first step is designed for ages 4 through 7 to train the audible recognition pattern (hearing) and eye-hand, eye-foot coordination (reflexes) to work together in order to help the child live a safer and more cautious life.

Children are taught in a friendly, safe and fun environment to learn to recognize specific sounds that can lead to unintentional or intentional dangerous situations. By using a unique obstacle course, children are taught to recognize audible sounds and use proper reactionary movement to get out of harms way.

KNOW & GO® Step II
Child abduction is every parent’s worst nightmare. The second step in the KNOW & GO® program is dedicated to teaching the child ages 8 - 12 to get away from a so called "friendly" stranger or an aggressive abductor.

This thorough course will focus on how to identify a potentially bad person and situation and what steps to take to drive the bad guy away or outsmart him. KNOW & GO® Step II uses an empowering circuit training format with role-playing scenarios that will teach your child how to be aware of their surroundings and what steps to take to become a deterrent from a potentially dangerous situation.
